| Do I need a MHungry account to use Mobile? |
| You must have a MHungry account in order to
order "The USUAL"® from
your Mobile. After you
activate
your phone, you can then place your "The USUAL"®
order from your MHungry account.

| Is it safe to order "The USUAL"®
by phone?
|
| Yes. All mobile orders must be confirmed
before order is places. To confirm order, you must either log in with your
username and password or use your MHungry Mobile PIN, which is like your debit
card pin. None of your financial information is ever revealed during orders.

| What is a MHungry Mobile PIN? |
| Your mobile PIN is the personal
identification number that you create when you activate your phone for MHungry
Mobile, much like your debit card PIN. Your mobile PIN makes ordering "The
USUAL"® by phone
easier. Your mobile PIN is the main way to keep your mobile account secure, so
you should make it easy to memorize and keep it secret.

| How do I order via phone?
|
| There are two ways. Log on to
PDA.MHungry.com and order your "The USUAL"®
Or, you can call our automated voice response system at 877-MHungry and follow
the instructions.

| Do I pay any fees when I order via Mobile?
|
| No, there are no charges or fee involved
when you order via your mobile.
|

| How do I confirm my cash orders?
|
| We’ll request this via a phone call and you
need to enter your MHungry Mobile PIN.

| Do I get a receipt when I buy something by
phone?
|
| Yes. A printable record of each order you
make by phone with MHungry Mobile will appear online on your MHungry Account
Overview page. Also we sent a copy of order to your register email address at
MHungry.

| Security and Privacy |

| What if my phone gets lost or stolen? Can the
thief who stole my phone can order food from my MHungry account?
|
| No, as long as you take measures to keep
your MHungry account safe. The thief would need your mobile PIN or username and
password to confirm orders. If you keep your phone number, you need to change
your MHungry Mobile PIN so that no one can access your MHungry account. If you
change your phone number, you need to update the previous number from your
MHungry account.

| What if I’m in the middle of creating an
order and the call is dropped?
|
| If your call is dropped before you confirm
"The USUAL"®, that
order is automatically canceled. No money is charged or order is sent until you
hear the success message.

| Will I get a bunch of phone spam if I sign up
my Mobile?
|
| MHungry has a strict no-spam policy. Phone
call you receive from MHungry will only be related to your order. MHungry may
offer you opportunities to opt in for mobile marketing programs. You can refuse
these offers.
