Conditions of Use 

MHungry.com, a division of Universal ATM Network, Inc., and its affiliates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at MHungry.com, use any current or future MHungry.com service, or visit or purchase from any business affiliated with MHungry.com, you accept these conditions and will be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service or business.

Email addresses, postal addresses, or telephone numbers and other personally identifying data about you submitted in connection with any purchase may be used by MHungry.com to send communications to you regarding orders placed. PROCEDURE 
Except as explicitly stated otherwise, any notices shall be given by postal mail to MHungry, Attn: Legal Department, 2637 Alta Arden Expressway, Sacramento, California 95825 (in case of MHungry) or the email address you provide to MHungry during the registration process (in your case). Notice shall be deemed given 24 hours after posted or email is sent, unless the sending party is aware that the electronic communication was not received. Alternatively, we may give you notice by mail to the address provided to MHungry during the registration process. In such case, notice shall be deemed given 3 days after the date of mailing.
 
  
RIGHT OF REFUSAL 
MHungry.com reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason. Orders may be delayed or canceled if MHungry.com is not given completely accurate information and/or is unable to contact the person who has placed the order and/or is the primary cardholder for the order.
 
  
APPLICABLE LAW 
By visiting MHungry.com, you agree that the laws of the state of California, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and MHungry.com or its affiliates. 
 
  
DISPUTES

Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

MHungry is the sole owner of the information collected on this website. Any information collected from our users will not be sold, shared, or rented to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. This company does not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.  
  
On our registration form, a user is asked to provide contact information (e.g. name and address) and payment information (e.g. credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes, to fill orders and to transmit special offers, if any, on behalf of a restaurant and with your permission. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information will be used to get in touch with the Customer.  
  
We will ONLY share aggregated demographic information with our partners and advertisers. This is NOT linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person. Sometimes we partner with another party to provide specific services. When the user signs up for these specific services, we will share ONLY information that is necessary for the third party to provide these specific services. These third parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services. All Restaurants and service providers have no access to any financial information you register on the MHungry website.  
  
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our home page so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we would notify users by way of an e-mail. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
